Pop Pop’s Pumpkin Seeds

I love to carve pumpkins, especially to get all the yummy seeds! Here is a simple recipe my dad always made.

Pop Pop’s Pumpkin Seeds

  • reserved pumpkin seeds, rinsed really well
  • lawry’s seasoning salt
  • olive oil

On a cookie sheet drizzle olive oil. Put seeds on the cookie sheet. Sprinkle with seasoning salt. Bake at 350 degrees until crunchy, but not too brown.
